I am undertaking a juice feast. In my juice I am putting Black Kale, Carrot, Apple, lemon, and a handful of blueberry's. I want to make sure that all of those ingredients work well together (IE: Lemon wont kill the ____ enzymes in the kale). Can anyone provide support on that

Also I am looking for something sweet that I can add into this drink that will over power the kale. Right now the first thing I get is the lemon and then it is followed by a kale that lasts and last.. anything sweet on there I can add in to make this more tasty?

So add more apple. I am already adding two big (i have to chop them up because they are to big to fit in the juicer feed tube) apples per 32OZ of juice.

BUMP..

I still need someone to tell me (or atleast provide where I can find out) if lemons, black kale, apple, and carrot work well together? I need (at least for the time being) to make my juice the night before because I am currently not a morning person.. but need to make sure my juice will stay good all night and throughout the day (in the fridge except during transport and consumption time).

i'm sure the combo will be fine, just try it and listen to your body to make sure you're not having any adverse reactions. as far as the juice itself staying fresh, well i think it kind of depends upon the juicer you have. i don't own one, but i have read that using the greenstar, the juice that it produces will stay fresh for a day or two. i have read that several places, but i can't say for fact, cause well, i don't own a juicer. just my thoughts though. good luck
