It was suggested from another board...i come here and have a look around...i have to say at first glance..it looks great.
I look forward to meeting you all....i am in the pacific NW USA.
I dont have alissas book but it does look terrific.
I was not the best cook in the 'cooked' realm....and i hope i can become better at 'un-cooking'
I was raw for a while some years back...but then fell out of it for a variety of life reasons. NOW.... i am back on it for good.
Hope you dont mind if i ask alot of questions becuse when i was raw before that was before the internet and i had alot of unanswered questions...and no where to find the answers....and certainly NO recipes...not like today.
so.... see you all around the boards.
