I am confused on what happens when you peal of cut something and let it sit. I have heard that you should eat something after you have cut it up because of the enzymes? What if I want to bring food to school for lunch that has gone through the processer or has been chopped up? Will it not be as good for me?

Sure it will be fine for you. It is better for you if you consume things as soon as you make them BUT in MY World, it is IMPOSSIBLE unless you eat it in its Natural State, an Orange or Apple etc. There are still properties that are good for you in not so fresh food.....still vitamins and fiber etc..........

Yeah, as spicyfull said, it would be ideal to consume everything right away. However, we all know that for most people this is an impossibility. We have school and work etc. Many people prepare dressings and pâtés and keep them refrigerated. Just make sure with certain things that they aren't rotten!:D
