I was wondering if there are any pre made bolognese sauce recipes (and I mean raw vegan versions of course)? One reason I didn't like raw pasta marinara is that it's not filling at all. That changed when I found a quick meat ball recipe based on walnuts, which allows me to make filling pasta marinara.

However, I always prefer things simple and would prefer my nut meat in the sauce, essential raw bolognese sauce. I was thinking of just adding soaked walnuts to a marinara sauce, I'll be trying it and if it comes out good I'll add it to the raw recipe ebook I'm writing.

Thanks

Alright, I'm making it now for supper, I'll let you know how it turns out.

Update: I'm eating it right now and it's awesome, except I put the soaked walnuts in with the sauce to chop them, next time I'll chop them in advance to have more control on their size. Finally a pasta recipe that's filling and doesn't require a seperate meatball recipe! This is the type of recipe I'm putting in the book I'm writing: simple, delicious, and quick.
