Sun-Sational Baby Foods...anyone read??

Hi,
I'm interested in buying Melissa Gilbert's Sun-Sational Baby Foods E-Book (found at http://www.therawdivas.com/sunsational/index.html). Has anyone read it and how is it? My daughter's 4, not a toddler, but I think it could still be beneficial...but if not, I don't really want to spend the money. :)
