As far as I know it's okay, but I can't say 100%...

And that is really funny!

mine (boxer) LOVES to play with squeezed-out lime halves. it will entertain her for hours. same with garlic cloves or lemon halves. i think because when she licks these things they have a bit of a "bite"

My dog isn't too interested in raw food except for grapes and only if I bite them in half first.....:D

No, I didn't know that. Thanks for the heads up. Great, of all the raw food I eat, it's the only thing the dog shows any interest in!
Years ago, my Australian shepherd would eat grapes right off of the vine.

yeah, see, they say grapes are poisonous, but you would think that if they eat it in nature then it woudl be ok....!!?? same with avocados, i know a lot of people feed them, but my vet said theyre bad for dogs...but someone posted about how they used to have an avocado tree in their backyard and the dogs would go eat the ones that fall on the ground. so i dunno. that said, dogs lick up antifreeze off the driveway too, and THATS certainly not good for them...

I read somewhere, that it is not the grape itself, but the insecticides and other garbage that is sprayed on them. Organic, washed should be okay. I have had two dogs that absolutely love grapes. Koda, my huskie/wolf/german shepherd, passed away after 18 years and my newest dog, Asher, Australian Shepherd, has had no problems. I don't let him have a lot, just a few every now and then. Hope that helps.
