Pro biotics during a juice feast

Yesterday I went and got a colonic when I was all done the lady who administered it gave me a pro biotic which I had never had before. I swear that within minutes my belly felt happy and last night at dinner I was able to finish a whole plate and I haven't been able to do that in a long time.

So I am about to undertake a juice feast for 90 days and I wondering if I should take pro biotic's during this time frame. The plan that I read from angela stokes said to start taking them after day 50 or something (the e-book is on my other computer) but I say why wait.. unless there is a specific reason.

Tomorrow! I am going out to the store in a bit and getting stuff. Just going to shop 3 or 4 days at a time and then go again in the middle of the week.. fresh!
