I want to make my boyfriend either a raw chocolate selection box-type thing, or a raw chocolate cake for his birthday. I need to make it tomorrow so I don't really have time to get more ingredients, and whatever I make needs to be able to travel, as we are going on holiday on Sunday and his birthday is Wednesday.

Ingredients I have that are in the right vein:
Raw chocolate powder
Cacao butter
Coconut oil
A teeny bit of lucuma
Walnuts, cashews
pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds
Dates, dried apricots, raisins
honey, maple syrup
dried shredded coconut

Any ideas or suggestions? Any dehydrated things need to be able to be dehydrated in about 12 hours! I'd really appreciate any suggestions.

Hiya I would make a variety of 'Bliss bombs' that dont need dehydrating or melted chocolate etc. I would process some walnuts with raisins to make a sticky base then roll into balls & dust with cocoa powder or roll in coconut. You could also make a batch from cashews & apricots. If you wanted to have some choclate covered things how about covering the seeds in raw chocolate? Just melt the coconut oil add lucuma & cocoa stir it all up....add the seeds & coat well then set in fridge....only problem may be keeping them cool enough when travelling to stop them melting.

Thanks! Chocolate-covered things is a nice idea. I can use the cacao butter to bring up the melting point a bit, although I'm not traveling anywhere warm so I think the coconut butter would be ok too!
