I attempted to go raw a while ago and it did not work out. I think honestly I wasn't eating enough food. Despite my failure I feel that going 100% raw is the answer. Lately I have been feeling so tired. No matter what I do I have to get no less than 10-11 hours of sleep. Since there is no chance of me being with child I think its my diet and my body telling me its time to get back on the raw wagon. At leat I hope it is. I hope nothing is wrong with me. I am a bit concerned about it though. I still think its a nutritional thing.:p

Hi gisele.
I just joined too! Welcome. And I had the same experience. I had gone about 50 - 75% Raw for four months before going all the way. During the first several weeks I was strangely feeling vital and incredibly tired at the same time: where I needed 10+ hours of sleep a day. As I've been 100% raw for a month and a half, I no longer require nearly as much sleep. Hope that helps.

Gisele:
Going back to raw is the best thing you can do for yourself, but, I'd suggest that you get a CBC (blood work) done. I also was exhausted all day, everyday, and felt I could not get enough sleep. It turned out that I was severely anemic to the point that I required blood transfusions. I know that my case is extreme, but if you are even slightly anemic you'll know that needs to be addressed in your diet and medically.
Good luck.

Have you read Alissa's Book....it's really the best one out there. It will answer all the questions you'll probably ever have and all the questions you'll ever be asked. Good Luck!!!

Welcome back to the raw way of life!!
Just go get a physical, with blood work up. That will set your mind at ease. Going 100% raw id the best thing you can do, either way!!
Best wishes on this raw adventure!!:D
