Hello,
I'm looking to do a liver cleanse. I've read some past posts and it sounds like the success of the cleanse can depend in part on how you prepare for it. I wouldn't consider myself a raw food eater but I have been eating unprocessed food fairly consistently for the past few years. I'm big on green juices, daily doses of flaxseed and coconut oil.
I read up on Hulda Clark's cleansing program and managed to do the kidney cleanse for a few weeks but couldn't keep with the 6 week? program (she recommended doing a parasite and kidney cleanse beefore a liver cleanse).
Can Is it ok to jump right into a liver cleanse or should I do a colon cleanse or any other type of cleanse beforehand as a prep?
Thanks a bunch!
