Mine is the Almond Fruit Smoothie. It’s amazing tasting…
Here’s the recipe:
3 leaves of kale
1 cup orange juice
1 cup frozen peaches
1 frozen banana, chunked
2 Tbs slivered toasted almonds
Add juice to electric blender, then add remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth.
To toast almonds, spread in an ungreased baking pan. Place in 350F degree oven for 5 to 10 minutes or until almonds are light brown; stir once or twice to ensure even browning.
Note that almonds will continue to brown slightly after removing from oven.

mine is really basic. & delicious. i could never taste the "health" part when i drank to-my-health until now.
1.5 cups waters
1 banana
a few blackberries (like 8 tops)
1/3 apple
a big handful of baby spinach
it turns out to be a muted purple color.
remember when batman, the christian bale kind, inhales that green drink before he falls into a mighty push-up position on the floor? yeah, he was totally drinking an excellent green smoothie.

i take some water into the bottom of my vita-mix, add some coconut oil... then a huge handful of spinach (or other green), 3 or 4 bananas and two cups of frozen berries or frozen fruit (my personal fav is triple berry - rasp, blue and black berries)
some hemp hearts, msm and it's ready to go!!!
this makes enough for three of us.

1.5 frozen bananas
1 whole orange
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 bunch of spinach
Now, due to the nature of the blueberries, this is more of a "mud-brown" than a green smoothie - for emerald green, omit blueberries! :D
ps: marylou, remember to keep the recipes raw!!! maybe soaked almonds instead?? :)

2 c. water
1 whole orange peeled
1 Tb. maca
Aprox. 3 c. baby spinach
2 frozen bananas
6 oz. pineapple (frozen or not)
MMMMMMmmmmmm! This makes about 6 cups so I drink it from lunch until dinner.

hahahaha i didn't even read that part. i had to go back and look LOL
i guess after eating raw... you learn to 'no longer see' the cooked stuff and instead visualize the raw version!
