Hello fellow raw food enthusiasts. I'm 19 and from Vancouver Island in BC. I've always been a vegetarian, and I spent two years as a vegan. Last summer I went from an ovo-lacto diet to eating about 90% raw.
I've had migraines since I was six which resulted in me missing out on a lot school, amongst with other things. The wonderful thing is that after about a week of eating totally raw I didn't get any migraines. I went for a few month completely raw but I got discouraged. I'm hoping to get some motivation on here. I know that my future is raw food, so I'm just aiming for that as much as I can.
I'm doing my last semester of high school at the moment. This is the first year since the beginning of high school I've been able to have a seriously good attendance record. I attribute this to raw eating, so damn, I'm convinced. I've been into juicing lately. I'm a fan of spinach-cucumber and orange-pomegranate.
Thanks for reading!
