i've just started a raw lifestyle fairly recently. i'm doing it for toning my body, health benefits, head benefits, et cetera. i was wondering if there were some blogs within the realm of rawfoodtalk.com that are really good examples for beginning raw foodists. i'm not really interested in other beginners' blogs, but rather raw foodists who've been doing it for some time & have made progress & keep track of their daily consumption, et cetera.
also, on a slightly different topic, did yr eating habits change from when you initially went raw to wherever you are right now? are you eating less, are you eating more? are you hungry at different times of the day?

Hi! If you click on "blogging" you'll see a menu choice that says "Top Blogs".
Those blogs are a good place to start. Those folks have been here for a while and really know what they are doing. It's neat to read about their progress over time. I'm not sure about records of daily food consumption. The entries tend to be more about the personal journey. Maybe someone will respond who keeps track of that. You can also look at the "what are you eating right now" forum.
Happy Day to you!!!!!
