View Full Version : microwave/dehydrator?

I don't have a food dehydrator, but our microwave is also a convection oven and the lowest setting is 100 degrees. Is this a suitable alternative?
If not, is there a way I can make my own?

that seems fine , although Im not into the whole " micro - waves" that radiate the food , but as long as its under 115 it should be fine :)

No, microwave is not a recommended device (radiation kills bio-energy). Yes, you can make your own, see:
