36 pounds from goal weight... WOW

i am so blown away. i realized tonight that i am only 36 pounds from my goal weight! wow... i can get there! i can do it! i can i can i can!!!

i started at 265 and when i'm done... i'll be 164! that'll be 101 pounds released in total!!!

i just had to share this with you all... as you are definitely the most amazingly supportive group out there!

so... let's celebrate ladies... i'm almost there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i feel so amazing... just scooping a nice thick freezing green smoothie with a spoon (collard greens really thickens a smoothie, as does kale). just got home from yoga and working out... ahhhhhh i love my life. i love my body and i loooove being raw!!!

guess what! i have a zygote process - i didn't even know i had lost mine... till i found it!!!

for those of you who are shaking their heads and wondering what i'm babbling about... it's a little piece of cartilage at the bottom of your sternum. yup, i've released enough weight that i can feel it now!!!
