So I just got my camera back from being out on loan. Can you tell??? :rolleyes: But I love looking at pictures of delicious raw food, so I thought there must be others out there like me :D
This is a pic of dinner last night. The dish is a spicy thai noodle salad of green papaya, zucchini, carrot, cabbage, and sliced coconut tossed in crushed chilis, nama shoyu, and agave with an almond chili sauce. It is topped with chili slices and spicy brazil nuts. I ran warm water over the sliced veggies before I made it to take the chill off the veggies. There was enough spice in this dish to keep out the -22C weather yeaterday!!!
