Can someone tell me if miso is raw?

Miso is not raw but it is "living". Miso is fermented soy beans (and often fermented rice too). So it's technically living but they cook the begeesus out of it before fermenting.

also make sure its actually living by getting it from the refridgerated section , red river and miso master are good ,unpasturized , organic versions.
