Awhile back i kept getting watermelon pieces caught in my throat and it would be hard to get them to go down:) i'm learning to cut them smaller and take smaller bites.
Lately my throat seems to be wider than before, if you can understand what i'm trying to say, and when i swallow it feels like my food is going down a tube so to speak.
It's like my throat muscles are looser than usual, is this something to worry about or am i just over reacting.
Thanks for the help.

i think it's always important to be aware of your chewing. chew chew chew. when you chew, you release enzymes that further help to digest your food.
hmmm...and as for your concern about your throat, i'd say, again, be aware of your chewing and as long as you feel healthy, your digestion is going along smoothly, and your bm's are normal, don't worry about it.

I do have problems with chewing, sometimes i don't chew correctly and just swallow and sometimes the pieces get caught in my throat.
I'm doing better now, thanks again for the advice, really needed:D

It's very important to chew your food, it's the start of the digestive process. There are even diseases that have been attributed to not chewing your food, not surprisingly digestive diseases like crohn's disease (which I had) and several others.

When I was eating foods that my body didn't like my throat would tighten a bit...not like a peanut allergy closing up....but like you were saying with the watermelon. As I ate more raw and avoided things I was senstive to (eggs, gluten etc) my throat loosened up and I wigged a bit too. I was so used to feeling the food go aaaaall the way down. That loose feeling you have is your body not fighting or reacting to anything....it's being peacful and normal and taking in food as it should....that's pretty cool! Do you have food sensitivities you know of? Many people are allergic to melon.... or the mold on them.

I was so worried and thought something was really wrong.
I guess when you eat the Sad American Diet for so long when you become normal it seems strange:D
Now when i swallow i feel a small click like but it goes and comes so i'm not too worried about it.
Thanks again.
