Yummy Sweetness in my dehydrator

So I just took some flax crackers out and loaded up the dehydrator.
I have almond date cookies with grated apple and hemp, and some sweet & SPICY brazil nuts. Just thought I would share! :) Maybe I need that 9-tray excalibur after all! Need more space!!

What do you all have dehydrating??

Sure - the recipe is pretty basic.
Usually I make this with cashews. I soak them for an hour or so then toss them with chili powder (maybe 1 tbsp???) and a bit of himalayan salt. I then put enough agave on them to lightly coat - then toss in the dehydrator. I usually also add cayenne to the mix, but this ups the spice level alot. Just play with the proportions until you like the outcome :)
With the brazil nuts, I soak first and then cut into slices (The brazil nut recipe - almost the same as above is from RFRW) I don't really like brazil nuts normally - but this way they are yummy!!
