Day 32 and going strong.......

This is Day 32 of a Master Cleanse/Juice Feast combo.......I started the first 10 days with the Master Cleanse (including the dreaded Salt Flush), since then its been straight up juice.......wonderful experience.

Definitely challenging at times, but have learned and continue to learn a tremendous amount about myself from the experience. I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to clear their body and mind. I did it mostly for spiritual reasons but I am also down about 15lbs so far......not that I was truly overweight to begin with, but I am definitely not at this point :p ......
