For the worker bees out there (outside the home I mean), what kinds of things do you take for lunch? I have been having salads most days but would like to try something different. I also have to travel a lot for my job, and therefore I usually eat on the go. Ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Hey Rawnappy,
I made a lasagna and I packed it in a small square ziploc plastic container in my soft lunch container with one of those blue ice things. And its great I did it yesterday also. I figure I can take any leftovers this way because I don't have to heat it up :)

Rawnappy, I often pack up last night's dinner in 16 oz jars. I re-use the almond butter jars! They hold salads, veggies with sauces on them, soups, date balls, etc...

I pack them in a Playmate by Igoo, throw in a spoon and fork, fresh fruit on top, and I am set for the day.

Blessings.
