Raw Almond Cookies

I am looking for a recipe for raw almond cookies using what is left with the ground almonds after making almond milk. Someone made these cookies for me to try and I did not get the recipe! They were made in a dehydrator.

I don't know the recipe, but I would dehydrate your almond pulp first...then grind in a coffee grinder. This will give you powder fine flour.....then when you get the recipe, your flour will be ready.

I would even think you could add anything you want to the flour. Like, soak and process some dates (or agave nectar) add in some cacao, or any other flavorings like raisins, or other chopped nuts.
