coconut success

ok. tonight, i have made it. after countless tries of opening a coconut and spilling the water all over the place and finding little meat...i did it! i opened it, no spill, and lots of meat. made quite a bit of milk as well! yippeeeeeee!

Yeah....I was excited the first time I got one opened and didn't have milk and wood chips everywhere. I love putting the milk and meat (some of it) in my smoothies...it gives it a nice texture. What did you do with yours?

well i tried it this morning with granola but i really didn't like it like that. i am gonna try smoothie this evening
