Hi all - what a fabulous and inspirational discussion board. I'm 60 and planning on IMPROVING my health as I age, and from all the inspirational stories I've seen here, raw is the way to go. I just watched the Go Raw Now video, and although it is a little over the top in some places, it is highly motivating! I've been highly interested in the raw food lifestyle for some years now, going in and out, falling off the wagon, but I believe my commitment is being renewed right now. I'm not overweight, but have more body fat than I would like. I'm in the process of recomposing my body through having renewed my gym membership a year and half ago(moved back to San Francisco). Out in the rural area of New Mexico where we lived for 10 years I had no access to a gym, but had a rudimentary weight set up at home, and did distance walking. But I really believe that diet is the last piece of the puzzle, and I do see that there are raw fitness enthusiasts out there. I'm an artist, lifelong, and I feel great the more raw produce I have on any given day!
