I just picked up some Methylcobalamin B12 supplement from my hfs. I am wondering though, should a complete b-complex supplement be taken instead?
Thanks!

I'm taking a natural product that contains Vitamin B6, B12, Thiamin, and Pantenol. I noticed it has very minimal amounts of everything but the B12 - it's very high in B12.
I'm sure what you purchased will be fine -- just keep a watch on how your body reacts to it and by the end of the bottle you will know if you want to continue to use it -- or if you want to try something else!

I currently take both. I had been taking just a 500mcg. B-12 for about 1.5 years, and i recently added a low-potency B-complex. I do feel an improvement over just the B-12.
