A bit of this, a little of that...

I just took the marinated veggies from the Fajita Wrap with Smoked Jalapeno Cheese recipe that I got from this forum and wrapped it in the tortilla from Alissa's enchiladas. OMG! It was soooo good and I'm stuffed! Added some guac and salsa with tons of cilantro and me and DH are happy campers :D

I also made Alissa's Dressing yesterday and added some tarragon and a squirt of Dijon mustard - VOILA...MAGIC!
