Granola w/dried pineapple?

I found a very nice recipe for granola using pineapple on this forum, and NOW I can't find it. Does anyone know where it is or can give me the link? It was a link somebody put in a thread and the recipe was posted with a nice pic of a pineapple and some other stuff.

Yeah, that's what I did initially and after I couldn't find it. I should have saved it, but I had a brain fart.

Don't know that I've seen the recipe you are speaking of. I did a Google search and found a cooked version. You might try these ingredients. Mix the oil and agave, pour over the oats and mix well with your hands. Add the rest mix again and dehydrate. :)


1/3 cup coconut oil

1/3 cup agave

4 cups Alissa’s oats

1/4 cup sunflower seeds

1/4 cup ground flax seeds

1 cup almonds, chopped

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 cup raisins

1/2 tsp ground nutmeg

1/2 cup dried pineapple, chopped

1/2 cup dried cranberries

1/2 cup dried papaya, chopped

Found it for anyone that's interested. The buckwheat would make me feel too bloated. :(
