Hey everyone, hows it going?

I woke up this morning with a sore tummy from lack of sleep for the past couple of days (I hate my nebours, lol), and I am just worried that because of the lack of being able to sleep that I am feeling sick. I am going on a wonderful vacation in 5 days and I don't want to be sick. Any suggestions?

sounds like your neighbors are upsetting you? keeping you awake at night?
Maybe some meditation along with some comfort foods like -- raw onion bread with some cashew raw creme cheese... or maybe some coconut curry soup... and if that doesn't work -- maybe some green smoothies to give your body some wonderful nutrients...
