Locked Blogs

I was wondering why some blogs are locked. When I put my mouse over the lock it says I don't have permission to read this blog. Why? Did I do something to upset the person who has a locked blog? I'm not a sarcastic or insulting person. I don't call people names or anything. I'm confused...:confused:

Some people opt to make their blogs private so that no one (not just you) can access them. It's like they prefer their blog to be more of a personal/private journal where only they can read what is written.
