I know you're probably thinking--SO--but this is a major feat for me. You see, I've suffered from chronic fatigue syndrome my entire life. Nothing worked and I found myself always tired and as a consequence, doing house work was at the bottom of my list of tasks to accomplish.

I would live at a place a couple of years and then it would get unbearable for me and then I would move. Finally bought a condo and thought I would like to stay here for a long time, but energy levels were still too low to keep the place up.

Now, only two weeks eating Raw and my energy is through the roof!!!! I cleaned my condo last night, cleaned my desk at work and will tackle the car this weekend. I know that this may sound trivial to some, but this is a MAJOR accomplishment for me and the increased energy means I can finally start living my life and doing all those thing I've always wanted to accomplish with my life.

Wow! I think that is fantastic! And no it is not a small thing! Chronic Fatique Syndrome is awful, so to have that much energy is fantastic!

Ah, hmm, oh, hummm....Now, can you come and clean mine. ;) LOL

That's awesome! Good for you! :) It must be very liberating to be able to do these things without the fatigue.

Sometimes I have dreams where I can't move/run/walk as quickly or easily as I want (like my body is submerged in molasses or something), and I can imagine what an awful feeling it must be to live like that full time...

wow, your story is amazing! 2 weeks, what a turnaround.

i've been there, so energetically depleted that i couldn't stay on top of the household stuff, and the vicious cycle of depression that follows. and now? i am able to keep it all together, and living in a comfortable, clean, and cozy environment helps feed my energy -- an upward spiral instead of a downward one, thanks to raw foods!

congratulations, and i can't wait to hear about what you will manifest NEXT with your raw energy!

see you around the boards...

For all your thoughful replies. I can finally say: LIFE IS GOOD!!!! and really mean it.

And Barbie2 and alicia, maybe after I'm Raw a little longer I can stop by and help with the cleaning at your places (Tee, Hee), though I'm in California and that is a looooong trip to Boston, alicia. LOL!

YAY! Congratulations! That is wonderful!

I also recovered from CFS (and Fibro and several other conditions) and I remember how THRILLING it was when I started having energy here and there to start cleaning. It was amazing. I know that it is such a blessing to have your life back! Good for you!!! You deserve it!!!!

Blessings,

Kudos to you! That's very encouraging to hear- I hope I bode as well as you are doing once I have been raw for awhile! (still new here). That is one thing I have heard....once your body is clean, you will start to want to make everything around you clean as well. Cool concept!
