I have made the AWESOME "chrissy's Goddess kale chips" 2 x's this week.
been my fave for over a year. BUT one problem. they get eaten WAY too fast! kind of a pain, to wash & rip up, lay out on the trays...wait til done(some don't make it that long!) then "POOF"! they are gone.
maybe make them into a cracker! what do you think would make a good "binder"???
I want to keep the same flavor, so i would make up the dressing, process the kale, then what would you add?
I don't want to make them with TOO much more fat but would love to hear some ideas!

Here's my idea. You know you pretty much have to use some flax seed to bind, right? I would use alittle ground flax, maybe 1/3 cup (well depending on HOW MUCH kale) then my idea is to use ZUCHINI for the most part, it's not a real strong flavor, no added fat....how's that sound....so yummy to me, I wish I had the stuff to make that today. If anyone does try this I would like to hear about it.

Oh yeah, don't forget to add enough water to get the flax to be the binder..... does that make sense?

or how about adding ground sunflower seeds, much like in the onion bread recipe. by the way, great idea of yours!
