...to order at a bar. I've got a date tomorrow night and I don't know what to order. Is club soda raw? I can't just get water because that seems weird and the tap water here is super gross, and I don't want to get anything alcoholic because it's not raw and it will really mess with the muscle relaxer I'm on for my neck injury. But I don't know what to order. Any help would be awesome!!
thanks!

red wine is actually raw. and fairly low in alcohal, especially if you just nurse one glass all night and have a heavy meal before going out. maybe it would be to stronge for your drugs though, i don't know.
if you do decide to have one glass of red wine, bring some little raw treats in your purse, drinking can weaken the will power.

My fav drink is water (warm, cold or carbinated) fresh lemon juice, grated ginger & sweetner - agave, honey, stevia.
You can carry your own agave with you. I use these great small jars have a look at this link: http://www.rei.com/product/605849 Also The Container Store have these.
The bar will have honey but it will not be raw.
cheers,

When i am in places like that i ask for "Tropicana" orange juice. It is commercial, but i can live with it. I also order bottled mineral water naturally carbonated or flat, even perrier is Ok. I take whole bottle, tall pretty glass, ask for sliced lemon!
Some restaurants have fresh juice bars now.

if you feel weird about ordering water (which, its not weird, its the best thing anyone can drink, but i digress...), just order a really FANCY water, pellegrino or something in a big fancy green bottle. they generally pour it into a cocktail glass with a twist of lime and heck, it looks like you're drinking a vodka tonic. nothing weird about that. plus you'll pay $7 for the priviledge of not taxing your liver and brain and other body systems with alcohol.
p.s. all red wine is not raw.
