Hey,
My name is Francesca and I'm from NY. I went 100% raw on 1/24/08 and I feel really good. Prior to going raw, I was addicted to food (cooked food), or so I thought. I thought that I had binge-eating disorder and that I could not be cured. Since going raw, I have had far fewing cravings for cooked food than I ever had when I could eat cooked food whenever I wanted. I now have control over my eating. I'm not hungry all the time. I also don't have to feel guilty for eating pie, and other "naughty" raw foods. I feel like I'm in a very healthy place with food. After almost two weeks of being raw, it's clear that I do have control over what I eat and I don't have to forfeit my life for an "eating disorder."
I have a question for a more experienced raw fooder: what do you do to get your B12?
Take care everyone!
