I don't have a dehydrator or anything yet. I just have a blender right now. I am sure that will suffice for now.
This is my second go around on raw. Last year, I went from eating a SAD diet of processed foods and fast food and then transitioned into the Joel Furhman Eat to Live program. I ended up finding this site and went to about 80% raw (I would cheat on weekends). I could never fully get over my cravings because I was allowing myself to cheat once a week. It got so bad I went from 80% raw to Atkins! It was horrible! I ended up with painful zits or boils under my armpits that lasted the entire time and I felt awful. Plus I gained back about 10lbs. So I decided to get through the holidays and give it another go and started again with Eat to Live and now im back to raw again. This time no cheating once a week! Only thing I have that isn't raw is 1 cup unsweetened soy milk in my smoothie every day. Eating raw feels right to me. Yeah I miss chicken and fish sometimes and some SAD stuff but I want to be healthy and skinny!
