anyone who's made a big batch of flaxseed crackers out there this evening?

#1 i made a lot of batter and would like to make some more crackers tomorrow. can i just let it sit in the bowl at room temperature or should i stick it in the fridge? for some reason i'm thinking this will make it more sticky if i put the batter in the fridge.

#2 i'm making a lot of crackers...is it okay to put them in airtight containers and refrigerate them? does freezing work also to preserve them?

Thanks for your replies and help!

any leftover batter i have stored in the freezer and then thawed out at a later time to use turned out just the same as the fresh batter. i also store my flax crackers in ziploc baggies in the fridge just cause personally i like them cold. i have had some that i stored in a cabinet once and they did seem to lose their freshness quicker. so yea i don't see why you can't store them in the fridge and why you can't freeze any extra batter to use later. when you thaw the batter, make sure that you thaw it out to room temperature though.
