ion foot bath???

Has anyone heard of a ion cleanse foot bath detox? I just had one and am not sure what to think of it. I'd be glad for any input any of you might have. Just don't tell me not to do it cuz it's to late for that....

i've done quite a few of them cause my mom bought one about a year ago. i do notice that i feel "lighter" after i have used it, more clear as well. i also notice that the more i used it the clearer the water became. i don't think there is anything wrong with them, but i personally wouldn't pay for one or to have the treatments done (just too expensive) but seeing how my mom has one i do it when i go down to visit.

I am not sure what to think of them either. I worked at a holistic center that gave them--and I had a few of them. But, if you are going to spend money on a service to cleanse, the best use of your money is Gravity based colonics.
I never felt as clear from a foot bath as I have from a colonic.

i've done a bunch of them. I really enjoyed spending the time with my feet in a warm bath watching stuff LEAVE my body!

I've done one. I didn't feel any different. There's some controversy about them. Some people swear by them, but others say the device that goes in the water is what causes the water to discolor and not toxins coming out of your feet.

actually my friend who has the bath... (where i get it done) - she turned it on with no feet in the water and it did nothing.

my chiropracter has them; he says it's not clear how it works but he can adjust people who were tough adjustments, people feel better w/ allergies, etc. I went about 6 times last year because of the allergy claim, and all manner of weird colors and smelly stuff seemed to be in the water of my bath, but i didn't feel any different at all.
