This recipe is from Matt Amsden's Rawvolution book. I don't think it is okay for me to post. Does anyone know?

i'm pretty sure it's ok to post this recipe. from what i've gathered it's just alissa's recipes that can't be posted unless we have permission. but other recipes i haven't seen a problem with

That is it, thank you so much.
I've given up spouted bread and was never able to come up with something that would work for bread sticks.
What a blessing you've given me, thank you so much:D :D

I'm mixing mine with sprouted buckwheat, soaked it and ground it in my blender with the sunflower seed powder and some seasoning.
It is drying quicker and tastes so good, i've also sprinkled brewer's yeast over them.
I can't wait to eat them, cutting the dehydrater time down to 6 hours for the hard ones may have to leave them in longer for the hard crunchy ones but doubt they will last in there that long.
Thanks again for the recipe.
Also do you have the Apple Cobbler recipe Faith4U and could you give it to me:) thanks.
I'll let you know how it turns out if i leave it till the sticks get real hard and crunchy.

Hi Bethanie, thanks for posting how you are making the recipe. I will be eagerly awaiting your results. :) The original recipe calls for using a pastry bag. Do you do that? The reason I am asking is that I don't have one.
Good idea using some sprouted buckwheat. It's so versatile isn't it?
Blessings and peace,

When i grind my buckwheat i try to keep it as dry as possible, i have to use a little of the water to not burn out my motor on my fp.
And before hand i grind up a cup or 2 of the sunflower seeds and add it to the sprouted buckwheat until it turn into sort of a ball and then i take it out and mold it by hand.
It can be a little messy if the buckwheat is too wet and put it in my dehydrater.
Half way through i turn the sticks over carefully not to break them and mold them to round the bottoms out some.
I find that buckwheat heats up quickly and it doesn't take long to get it where it's dry enough to eat.
I use my convection oven so it's a little different from a dehydrater but if it put it on low it works fine.
I'll let you know how it turns out.
