I just came up with this today. It was SO GOOD.
1/4 cup raw cashews
1/2 bunch cilantro (stems and all - why waste?)
1 big celery stalk
3/4 cup nut milk (can sub. water)
2 TBS nutritional yeast (optional)
2 TBS cumin seed, ground or whole
2 TBS dulse flakes
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
Blend all ingredients in a vitamix or other powerful blender until smooth. I had this over some crispy chopped kale sprinkled with raisins. I have to say, it was the best salad that I have had in a long time :cool: . You really should try this!
