I have to share a good rawsome report. I treated myself to a facial friday at a wonderful salon. Haven't had a facial in well over a year due to economic reasons, but this girl used to give me facials about three times a year so she knows my skin and its problems.
Let me explain that I have been high raw for almost 6 months now and because of that, I am two sizes smaller than I was the last time she saw me. So she noticed right away that I was thinner and commented that I looked good.
As she is giving me the facial she says this is really wierd. Your skin looks so good, the pores are tighter, skin is soft and a good healthy pink color. My brown age spots are faded and shrunk. I told her it was all because of the way I have improved my diet and eating mostly raw. She was impressed and just kept making good comments.
This was one of the reasons I wanted the facial, I felt like my skin was looking good, (for a 58 year old woman) but I wanted to hear her opinion as she gets up close with big bright light. So she confirmed what we all know, raw is the way to go. I have been vegan for several years but it wasn't until I made this change that I am seeing and feeling so many other benefits.
I don't post alot, but had to share this to encourage others.
