Ok my husband just updated my pictures. It has been about 17 months since I started raw and I am about 5 pounds from my goal weight. I know how seeing pictures are inspirational to people who are trying to lose weight so I thought by sharing these it might motivate some of you who may be struggling.

All I can say is: amazing!!
Also, if I were your husband I might be worried about putting your pictures on the internet. You look so good, aren't tons of men going to start after you now? (I'm just kidding about the above, I've just seen such a transformation!)
I want to thank everyone for their kind words. I truely am humbled by God's grace I have been shown and grateful for a strength from HIM (to change) that was not my own. I also want to thank Alissa as she provided this wonderful site for me to have accountability and learn about the lifestyle. We all need each other don't we! You guys have been like an extended family and wish I could meet every one in person. It is neat how we are all on our own individual journeys but together in a common purpose of getting healthier and changing our lives for the better. I pray that you all will achieve all that you desire as well! I am so happy and sometimes I think this is some kind of dream and then I pinch myself and I still am awake. I tried so long for so many years to lose weight and nothing worked until raw. It is cool that if we keep trying and want things bad enough dreams can come true!:D

and it is so inspirational. Today I felt so motivated by this thread that I had the best exercise session I have had in months and I feel re-charged and ready to go. Your results speak volumes about what the raw food lifestyle and perseverance in pursuing your dreams can do. Really an amazing accomplishment.

It did! She was questioning me about my newfound lifestyle, and saying - "I can't see how you can lose weight that way and actually be healthy etc". So I showed her your pics and progress and she was wowed. I'm not trying to convert, and she isn't ready to give up raw foods *yet*, but she at least accepted what I was saying *is* true and that mindful eating and diligence can work wonders.
Plus, you look so pretty, she was really awed about how healthy you look.
PS Morn, you really should submit your story and pics to a raw magazine! I know you would give lots of people inspiration. Heck, it would even be cool if your story was featured in more mainstream areas. :) I know a lot of people would want to know what you changed and you would give lots of people inspiration!

Your pictures are such a big help...this is my first post, I have tried raw, do great when I am alone, when I am with my husband and family I always go off the raw...do you have any suggestions to help me? I need to lose 30 pounds of fat, and always have felt great doing raw...thanks for any tips!

Every time I get on this site I read these before and after posts to strengthen my raw day. Morn, you look absolutely stunning. I went raw back in July for a while, fell off and have been back on for about a week. After seeing how beautiful everyone looks from raw each morning, I truly feel inspired.:)
