yum yum yum, can't believe I ever doubted this would be good! I keep reading that having just bananas in a smoothie is supposed to be really filling and good for you so this is how I made it:
oj
lots of frozen banana chunks (I vacuum seal them and they stay the perfect creamy shade and consistency)
2 Tbsp hemp protein powder (I'm working my way up to the recommended serving of 4 Tbsp, I thought adding this would keep me filled up longer)
green powder
agave
dash of vanilla
It was soooo goooood, try this!
