Hi ... I was wondering if anyone has ever had a "fast" (so to speak) where all you had was green smoothies? If so, the one thing I'm curious about, was how did it work for you preparing the smoothie in advance to take to work with you for the day?
The one time that I'd tried that trick, it didn't turn out very appealing when I went to drink it, so needless to say, I didn't.
Since Friday, I've basically had just green smoothies (along with my juice in the morning), except for one meal yesterday where I'd slipped. It works fine when I'm home all day, but I'm not sure how it'll work when I'm at work.
I really want to give my digestive system a rest, since I have problems with it, and the green smoothies seem to be the easiest and best way for me to do it. I'm just not sure how to work it for work.
Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated! :)
