raw chili question

Hello,

I am in the process of the last part of the raw chili recipe and there is a lot of extra sauce. Is that the way it is-can use for future to make more? I can not wait to try-yum yum:p thanks

Not sure which recipe you used but the one I make is a bit different and I didn't have runny sauce. Yes, you can use it again but it will only last a few days so check on it or freeze it so it lasts longer.

I used the one one this website from Gabiel Cousens-the sauce isn't really runny more thick.

I made Alissa's chili and the sauce at the end of recipe is what gives the chili it's "stew-like" texture .... I was in awe of how much it resembled the cook version, but this sauce is really what did it for me :p Hope this helps!!
