sun dried tomato storage quesiton

Hey there,

I have a question. I am in the process of finishing raw chili and I have some left over soaked sun dried tomatoes. Would I store them in frig or in cupboard? Also how long well they last now? Thanks :)

I'd put them in the fridge. What are they soaked in water or oil? Use them in 2-3 days to avoid them going bad.

I soaked them in water and I figured they would only have a couple of days of life-thanks for the respone.

If you are not going to use them then I suggest that you could freeze them.
You can than add to a sauce whenever you want.
