I'm on day six a an MC (master cleanse) and am also taking Paragone. So far, I haven't seen anything that impressive happen in the bathroom. :-) Does anyone have experience with ParaGone? How long does it take to get the buggers out, if you have them? Does the stuff work? My cleanse is going to last 14 days, at which point I'll go back to 100% raw.

Is that Paragone by Renew Life? I have a lot of respect for that company and got to know them the years I was a health food store manager. I tried that product; I think it's important to do an annual parasite sweep. But I got way too sick, too toxic off of it. I'd now rather eat all raw, occasionally fast and do colonics, and research another way to scrape the buggers out.
Surely someone will get on this thread and tell you to live in peace and harmony with your parasites. That's all fine and well. We'll never totally get rid of them. But after a. kissing my dog on his forehead and b. walking barefoot in tropical countries and c. just plain grossed out and concerned about my health, I think it's a good idea to do a sweep. The thing is unless your intestines are clean and that takes a long time to do and diligent work, there's a lot of places for them to hide.
I'm friends with the local hydrotherapist and she's always telling me stories about worms flushing down the tube. She'll get out the chart and identify what kind it was for people. People get like traumatized. They can really cause damage. They'll leave the intestinal tract and attack an organ. Go google parasites and brain! :eek:
My intuition for you is to just do your MC and then go Raw and deal with the buggers later but more so, Congratulations on going Raw!!!!!
