Been thinkin' 'bout this. But haven't made it. It makes sense in my head. But anyone got any suggestions about dehydrating?

I saw those little sesame crunch sticks at the natural foods store when I was checking out. I wanted them. But I moved on without them.

I just took a Medjool Date and pitted it and dipped it in flax seeds. YUM. So why not this?

soaked pitted dates
soak/sprouted sesame seeds
honey to taste

Soak dates and sprout seeds. Add all in the food processor and blend till gummy. I would think you could shape them and put them in the fridge for a quick soft treat. But I would also think you could shape them and dehydrate them for a crunchy sweet treat.

Does anyone have any ideas for any other items that could be added to jazz them up even more?

I had a sesame snap at a raw food restaurant and it had ginger in it! It was delicious.

I remember those sesame snaps were made with honey. I wonder if they would get crunchy after dehydrating?

Was the one you had at the raw restaurant soft or crunchy?

It was super crunchy.
A lot of things are super crunchy there. They must keep everything in the dehydrator super long.
