My mom is currently taking aspirin as a pain reliever for arthritis and blood thinner for heart issues.
I've been pleading with her to stop taking aspirin. I told her to take Flaxseed Oil as a blood thinner. So today she took a tablespoon of Flaxseed Oil and claims to have unbearable pain. She looked at the bottle of Flaxseed Oil and it said to consult a healthcare practitioner before using if you are currently taking blood thinners. So she is stopping the Flax oil and continuing with the Aspirin. Blah.
Any advice?
