What type of agave do you use?

Any specific brand taste the best? I'm looking for something really neutral.

I use Wholesome Sweetener brand, raw blue agave. I used to use Madhava raw agave....actually it's a bit milder (in my opinion), so it may be something to consider. Also, I saw that Alissa sells agave as well....I've seen posts on other forums about most agave not really being raw, even though it says so on the bottle (I'm not agreeing or disagreeing, just relaying info), so if that's something that worries you, you could always get it from her, and you'd know for sure that it's raw.

i've used several brands,
but when i was at alissa's class last month
she let us try the new one (it's really raw)
and wow was it good, and it was clear too!
i guess the dark ones are cooked.

i had mine with a rye bagel & almond butter
yummy!
