i've had it in the refrigerator for up to a week, but i always end up finishing it off by then. it still smells fine and tastes fine, so i'm sure it could last a little bit longer, but a week i know for sure.

My recipe basically has the same ingredients but I will sometimes use carob powder. I also put a sprinkle or two of salt and some water to thin it down. It really is great....oh, add some chopped walnuts too. Yum!!! Judith:)

I do the same thing but with a banana or 2 instead of agave. Mucho yummo!! Bill Cosby WOULD eat his heart out!!

If you want it to last, don't use really ripe avacadoes!
I foolishly did, & had to throw out a HUGE bowl of it!:(
Anyone ever tried to freeze it?:confused:
I just got given a TON of avacadoes!!!:D
If I dare to, (maybe just a little to see what it does!) I'll let you know if it works.
