Made with agave, cacao powder, vanilla... I want to try this myself cause buying it is costly, but I'd like some measurements and tips!
Thanks!

I make mine without measuring and to taste I like but here goes...
1/2 cup agave
1-2 tsp. vanilla (optional)
Tblspoonfuls of cacao powder, I do one at a time until it is pretty darned thick
water by the Tbl. until the consistancy is right.

this stuff is exactly like chocolate syrup EXCEPT I don't feel like I am going to throw up when I eat it!!!!!
Hope this helps.

on page 528 is a recipe for Carob Fudge sauce from Alissa's book.
4 dates (pited and soaked)
4 Tablespoons carob powder
1 banana
2 Tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons vanilla
water as needed.
blend all ingredients to desired consistiency.

HOWEVER, I think you could make a chocolate sauce with the ingredients you listed.

I keep the left-overs in a jar on the counter. Sometimes it has lasted for a few days, sometimes for up to 2 weels with no problems.
